Recommendations

  1. 1Place NFC cards at the host stand and each two-top so Friday reviews stay current.
  2. 2Reply to the last 8 mixed reviews with a specific ops change (host text-on-ready).
  3. 3Turn “friendly staff” into a hiring and training story on your Google posts.
  4. 4Run a 4-week wait-time experiment and include results in the next PDF report.
